Notice for 3rd District Council meeting has been circulated. As per the notice, District Council meeting is scheduled on September 20, 2020 at 3 pm on zoom.
Following agenda items will be discussed/approved
- Certification of Quorum
- Approval of minutes of the second council meeting
- Approval of appointed District Officers
- Presentation on District Success Plan by DD and team
- Presentation of Profit & Loss Statement & Audit Committee Report
- Approval of District Budget
- Any other matter with the permission of Chair
President and Vice President Education of all clubs along with District Executive Committee members are members of the District Council.
